Erin P. McDaniel
Attorney Erin P. McDaniel has been practicing law for over seven years. She is admitted to practice law in California and Tennessee.
After growing up in Middle Tennessee, Erin earned her B.A. from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville in 1999. Erin attended the University of Denver College of Law in Colorado, where she earned her law degree, J.D., in 2002.
During law school Erin worked as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. James F. Stiven at the Federal District Court of San Diego in California. Erin then practiced law in San Diego, California for almost five years, focusing on complex civil litigation.
Several years ago, Erin moved home to Nashville, where she has enjoyed a fulfilling career, serving the legal needs of families in Middle Tennessee. Erin's practice is now focused on Family Law, Divorce, Separation and Support, Child Custody and Support; Estate Planning and Administration; Bankruptcy and Civil Litigation.
